Processing Orders
Orders are filled chronologically as they arrive in our queue Monday-Friday from 9a-5p EST. We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days, 2-5 business days after promotions, and between 3-7 days during peak holiday. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends will be processed chronologically the next business day.
Orders are processed by our team in a timely manner to enter the mail stream. We strive to not only process your order quickly but also accurately, ensuring all your items arrive safely. A Layla Lab team member will contact you about any potential delays regarding your order prior to shipping. Staffing shortages and illnesses, holiday hours, supply chain and inventory shortages, weather, missed pick-ups from carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, etc. are all reasons an order could be delayed prior to shipping.
Layla Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to invalid or incorrect addresses. We ask you to please double check all shipping information thoroughly during checkout and once you've received your order confirmation email. Contact info@laylalab.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be altered. We will contact you if an address has been flagged in our system. Orders cannot be modified by Layla Lab in any way once they have left our facility.
Shipping Orders
Our flat rate shipping costs are determined by the collective weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Many of our items come in glass containers or are an awkward shape which will add to the overall total weight. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout.
Standard Shipping orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times can take 3-5 business days once it has left our facility but may take longer during peak holiday season, or instances of bad weather.
We do not ship internationally to any other country than the United States of America.
Layla Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
Layla Lab strives to maintain a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. Your order may be shipped in repurposed, recycled, or reused boxes and packaging. Our green bubble wrap is made from up to 40% recycled content, and any packing peanuts used can be dissolved in water. Please recycle and reuse the boxes, packaging, and product containers whenever possible.
Tracking Information
All tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. An email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and labeled. You can also click "View your order" at the bottom of your confirmation email to view the delivery process, sign up for text alerts, resend digital gift cards and view tracking information.
Layla Lab recommends creating free delivery management accounts with FedEx, USPS and UPS so you can better manage any deliveries, intercept packages, change delivery addresses, receive faster updates and manage where, how and when packages are delivered. Layla Lab cannot make these requests on your behalf and must be done by the purchaser and/or recipient.
Delivery
If you receive confirmation that your order was delivered but have not received it, it's very likely it will arrive within the next 24 hours. Couriers will sometimes mark packages as delivered when they are in the area or loading the trucks for the day's route. If your package hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please contact the courier and us so we can investigate.
FedEx now offers photo proof of successfully delivered packages, which can be seen by looking up your tracking information. All couriers offer tools to help schedule & reschedule deliveries, redirect orders to another address, request a hold to pick up, and more. We recommend creating accounts with the above-listed couriers to better control how you receive your packages. It is always best to contact the courier directly if you are experiencing delivery issues, and we are happy to help if we can.
Layla Lab LLC is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing packages marked successfully delivered. Layla Lab LLC is not liable for the loss. We recommend you reach out directly to the delivery carrier to help locate your item or file a claim.
Layla Lab LLC is not responsible for packages delayed by weather or courier mishaps. Any delays caused by weather, courier mistakes, force majeure, and the like will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your package is already in transit, we highly recommend contacting the courier first to attempt to resolve the issue as we do not work for those companies and have no control over their operations. Once you've contacted them, please reach out to Layla Lab so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives broken or incorrect, please have your order number ready and contact us immediately. Ruined, broken or incorrect items can either be refunded or reshipped. Any out-of-stock items can either be refunded or shipped when back in stock. Click here to view our Refund Policy

Holiday Shipping
Shopping early, in-person, and selecting local pick-up are the best ways to avoid shipping delays, supply chain issues, package theft and inventory shortages. Orders placed by December 10th will be processed and shipped before Christmas. Orders placed after December 10th will still be processed and shipped, but we cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas as all couriers are inundated with deliveries from October through January.
During peak holiday season, it may take 5-7 days for your order(s) to be processed by our team, not including shipping times. We understand your order is important to you, however, to manage the high volume of orders during the holidays, orders are processed chronologically as they arrive in our queue. We strive to not only process your order quickly but accurately. Online holiday hours are every day, 9-5 EST, between Black Friday and December 23.
