Refund policy

At LylaLab, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we also need to have certain policies in place to protect our business and provide clear guidelines to our customers. Please read the following return shipping policy carefully:

  1. Return Eligibility: We reserve the right to deny a return for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the item does not meet our return criteria or if it is returned outside of our specified return window.

  2. Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

  3. Damage Due to Mishandling: Any product that has been damaged due to mishandling (such as dropping the product) by the consumer is not eligible for a return or refund. We assess all returned products for signs of consumer-induced damage and will notify you if your return has been denied on these grounds.

  4. Process for Returning an Item: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns attempted beyond this period will not be accepted.

  7. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing returns and restocking items.

  8. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. When you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.                                                                
  9. Sale of Gift Cards: Please note that the sale of gift cards is final. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
